At the moment we are offering 2 kinds of shipping methods :
USA Customers
We use USPS to better service you , we found it much quicker and more reliable than other companies.
Both Priority and Express mail can be tracked, and Priority mail also receives a delivery confirmation.
Priority - 5-10 days
Express 3 -5 days
International Customers
Air Mail : 10-15 days
Express - 5-10 Days
No tracking number will be provided on regular Air Mail. In case you need a tracking confirmation, an express method has to be chosen. Be aware that Customs in your Country may hold the package for few days, as per their procedure, altering the average shipping time.
Return Policy :
At Rio Fightwear we want you to be happy with your purchase.
If for some reason you are not satisfied with the product, and it remains sealed, with no signs of being used; we will give you a 30 (thirty) days return policy and we will issue a full refund less shipping and handling. A 15% restock fee will be applied for all Kimono’s (Gi’s), according to the manufacturers policy. Allow 7 days to have the money credit back in your account.
We will also accept returns if the product shipped arrives damaged due to its transportation or any other nature. We will ship you a new item or issue a full refund if the product is no longer in stock.
